Soho Square still haunts me - the London courtyard where my desperate addiction nearly killed me. I abused enhancement drugs in pursuit of longer-lasting , but that night my body violently rebelled. Gasping alone on the cold concrete, my world spinning, death felt imminent. This was rock bottom - the culmination of the wreckage my addictions caused. With faint heartbeats, I faced a choice: give addiction the power to end my life or reclaim my power to start anew. By some miracle, I survived. Since then I've crawled through recovery, stumbling but persisting. My mission today is to help others escape addiction's darkness. I know how deep and isolating that darkness is. But there is hope. With courage and commitment, you can heal. Soho Square was my reckoning, but it doesn't have to be the end. Your new beginning starts right now. In this week's episode.
